hi, i’m liam

from a young age, i was never fully convinced by either western medicine or spirituality. both felt incomplete. i was always searching - for understanding, for better ways of living, and for a sense of health that felt embodied rather than abstract.

for much of my adolescence, i lived disconnected from sensation and rhythm. it wasn’t until my late 20s that i realized i had been living largely unregulated. that awareness marked the beginning of a return home.

through a personal yoga practice deeply rooted in taoist principles, i began to rebuild trust in my body. i learned that balance isn’t about forcing change, but about responding- softening where needed and building strength where support was lacking. as i found home in my body, i began to move through the world with more intention.

after years in coastal south carolina, i felt called west. in the summer of 2022, i moved to the western slope. my time in fraser and its mountains shaped my life and my movement - hiking, mountain biking, bagging 14ers, and snowboarding. there i noticed something familiar: so many people moving through life, disconnected from their bodies and the rhythms around them.

these experiences and practices ultimately led me to my current studies in acupuncture at colorado chinese medicine university where i continue to explore health as relationship between body + mind and person + environment.

the headwaters are where rivers begin and my work is about returning to that source: restoring balance, regulating the nervous system, and building resilience that lasts.

if you feel called to come home to yourself - to move with awareness, build sustainable strength, and live in closer harmony with your body and the world around you, i’m here to get you started!
